These Billing & Subscription Terms explain how payments, billing cycles, and subscription services operate for Robotic Lawn Pro lawn care services. By signing up for lawn care service through our website, you agree to these billing terms.

Service Plan

Robotic Lawn Pro currently offers one lawn care service plan:

SmartCut Electric Plan

This plan includes weekly or bi-weekly lawn maintenance consisting of:

Weekly mowing
Precision edging along sidewalks and driveways
String trimming around landscaping areas
Blowing of grass clippings from sidewalks and driveways

Monthly Pricing

The SmartCut Electric monthly service pricing is based on the approved service plan and may vary depending on property size. service frequency, and selected services. 

The approved service plan price covers weekly and bi-weekly lawn service during the active mowing season.

Initial Payment

When you sign up for service through the website or payment link, the first monthly payment is charged at the time of signup.

This initial payment activates your service request and begins your monthly billing cycle.

Recurring Billing

Your subscription will renew automatically each month on the same calendar date as your signup date.

Example:

If you sign up on May 10, your billing dates will occur on:

May 10
June 10
July 10
August 10
September 10
October 10

Billing continues monthly during the active mowing season.

Payments are processed securely through our payment processor.

Service Season

Robotic Lawn Pro lawn care services operate during the typical mowing season, generally April through October, depending on weather conditions.

Service may begin later in the season depending on when a customer signs up.

End of Season

At the end of the mowing season, recurring service will conclude for the year.

Customers may be invited to renew service for the following mowing season. Renewal may require confirming service availability for the upcoming year.

Payment Authorization

By providing a payment method during signup, you authorize Robotic Lawn Pro and its payment processor to charge the payment method provided for recurring monthly subscription payments according to the billing schedule described in these Billing & Subscription Terms.

Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate and current payment information on file.

Payment Failures

If a payment attempt fails, the payment processor may attempt to retry the charge.

If payment is not successfully processed, the customer will be notified and given an opportunity to update their payment method. 

If payment remains unresolved, service may be paused or discontinued after 5 days from the failed billing date.

Robotic Lawn Pro may pause service prior to the next scheduled visit if payment remains unresolved.

Robotic Lawn Pro reserves the right to suspend service immediately in cases of repeated failed payments.

Service will not resume until a valid payment method is provided and any outstanding balance is resolved.

Missed service visits due to unresolved payment issues are not guaranteed to be rescheduled.

Updating Payment Information

Customers are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method on file for recurring subscription charges.
Customers may update their payment method at any time using the secure customer portal link provided at signup.

If assistance is needed, customers may contact Robotic Lawn Pro using the contact information listed below, and instructions will be provided to securely update the payment method through our payment processor.

Failure to maintain a valid payment method may result in failed billing attempts and interruption or suspension of lawn care services until the account balance is brought current.

Cancellation

Customers may cancel lawn care service at any time.

Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing date in order to prevent the next monthly charge.

Customers may cancel service using the secure customer portal link provided at signup or by contacting Robotic Lawn Pro using one of the following methods:

For the fastest processing and confirmation of cancellation, email or customer portal requests are recommended.

Cancellation requests received after a billing charge has been processed will apply to the following billing cycle.

Refund Policy

Because lawn care services are scheduled and route planning occurs in advance, payments for completed services are non-refundable.

If service cannot be provided due to property eligibility issues identified after signup, Robotic Lawn Pro will issue a refund for the initial payment.

Service Interruptions

Occasionally, service schedules may be affected by factors such as weather conditions, equipment maintenance, route adjustments, or other operational factors.

Robotic Lawn Pro will make reasonable efforts to maintain consistent weekly service; however, specific service days are not guaranteed and may shift within the same service week.

Missed or Delayed Service

Lawn care services are provided on a recurring weekly schedule; however, service dates may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather conditions or operational factors.

Because pricing is based on ongoing weekly service throughout the season rather than individual visits, missed or delayed service visits do not qualify for refunds or credits.

Robotic Lawn Pro will make reasonable efforts to maintain consistent service, but exact service days are not guaranteed.

Pricing Changes

Robotic Lawn Pro reserves the right to adjust service pricing for future service periods. Customers will be notified of any pricing changes prior to the start of a new service season.

Billing Disputes

If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact Robotic Lawn Pro directly so we can review and resolve the issue.

Customers agree to contact Robotic Lawn Pro regarding billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their credit card provider.

Robotic Lawn Pro will make reasonable efforts to review and resolve billing questions promptly.

Agreement to Billing Terms

By signing up for lawn care services through the Robotic Lawn Pro website and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Billing & Subscription Terms.
