This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms under which Robotic Lawn Pro provides lawn care services. By signing up for lawn care services through our website or by submitting payment for service, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.
Robotic Lawn Pro provides residential lawn care services using professional battery-powered electric equipment.
Our standard service plan includes:
Service is provided on a recurring weekly schedule during the active mowing season, typically April through October, weather permitting.
Services outside of the standard SmartCut Electric plan are considered additional services and are not included in the monthly subscription.
Additional services may be available upon request and are subject to separate pricing,
Pricing for additional services will be communicated at the time of the request.
Payment for additional services is required prior to completion.
Additional services will not be performed without customer approval of pricing.
Robotic Lawn Pro reserves the right to decline or reschedule additional service requests based on scheduling availability and operational considerations.
Additional services are not included in the standard weekly service and do not affect the monthly subscription pricing.
Robotic Lawn Pro provides lawn care services in Howell, Brighton, South Lyon, Michigan, and surrounding communities.
Service availability may depend on route density, scheduling availability, and operational capacity.
After signup, Robotic Lawn Pro will review the property and contact the customer to confirm the weekly service day.
Service days are determined based on route efficiency and scheduling availability. Specific service times during the day cannot be guaranteed.
The SmartCut Electric service plan is designed for typical residential lawns.
Because customers sign up for service online before a property review is completed, all properties are subject to verification after signup.
If a property’s lawn size, layout, terrain, or maintenance requirements exceed the scope of the standard service plan, Robotic Lawn Pro may:

After signup, Robotic Lawn Pro may review the property using mapping tools, satellite imagery, or visual inspection to confirm that the property falls within the service parameters of the selected plan.
If the property does not meet service eligibility requirements, the customer will be notified and any payment made during signup will be refunded.
Robotic Lawn Pro reserves the right to decline service or modify service terms if a property does not meet the operational requirements of the selected service plan.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the service area is accessible on the scheduled service day.
Gates must be unlocked and pets must be secured prior to service. If access to the property is restricted at the time of service, the service may be skipped for that week.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the lawn area is clear of hazards before service.
Examples of hazards include but are not limited to:
Robotic Lawn Pro is not responsible for damage caused by hidden or unremoved objects left in the lawn.
While reasonable care is taken during service, sprinkler heads, irrigation components, or landscape fixtures that are not clearly visible above ground level may be vulnerable to damage during lawn care operations.
Robotic Lawn Pro is not responsible for damage to sprinkler heads or irrigation components that are hidden, improperly installed, or positioned above normal lawn height.
Customers are responsible for marking or identifying any areas requiring special attention.
Robotic Lawn Pro provides maintenance mowing for lawns that are maintained on a regular weekly basis.
Lawns that are excessively overgrown at the start of service may require additional preparation before regular weekly service can begin.
Weather conditions may occasionally delay or interrupt scheduled service.
Robotic Lawn Pro will make reasonable efforts to resume service as soon as conditions allow. In some cases, service days may shift during the week due to rain or unsafe mowing conditions.
Robotic Lawn Pro uses professional electric lawn equipment designed to provide quiet and efficient lawn maintenance.
Equipment selection and service methods are determined by Robotic Lawn Pro to ensure safe and effective operation.
Robotic Lawn Pro strives to provide consistent, high-quality lawn care.
If a customer believes a service issue occurred, they should contact us within 24 hours of the service visit. We will review the concern and, when appropriate, return to address the issue.
Customers agree to maintain safe property conditions and provide clear access for service. Failure to maintain safe or accessible conditions may result in skipped services or service adjustments.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Robotic Lawn Pro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to lawn care services.
Total liability for any claim related to services provided shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.
Robotic Lawn Pro reserves the right to modify service methods, equipment, scheduling practices, or operational procedures when necessary to maintain safe and efficient operations.
By signing up for lawn care services through the Robotic Lawn Pro website or by submitting payment for service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Service Agreement.
